Show Me The Money

Most people want money.  This is a given fact.  Look at old Ben there with his pursed lips.  They look kind of tight  and judgmental don’t they?  He’s saying, ” tch-tch-tch.  Want me?  Come and Get Me!”  Believe it or not, this is a man who loved beer.  Loved it.  Love-love-loved it!  And he was a writer. And a newspaper editor.  First one stateside I bet.  So why is he saying, “tch-tch-tch?”

He’s amazed at what folks are doing with this law of attraction thing.  How they think  that right out the gate that they’re just going to sit on their couch and dream themselves the winning lottery numbers.

Folks sign up for this or that program designed to bring them money RIGHT NOW, RIGHT AWAY.   They buy this internet product or that, in hopes of achieving their life-long goal:  Get rich and then sit on the couch watching reruns of Jerry Springer.  When it doesn’t happen they get pissed off and walk away. Six Minutes to Success

Bob Proctor is an amazing man. I really do think so. When I saw him in The Secret and listened to him I was spellbound. This guy was definitely different. I thoroughly enjoyed when he took his hand and kissed it – saying he loved himself. That was a healthy move.

One of the problems we have in this world is that we don’t regard ourselves enough. I’m not talking about being an Egotist. I’m talking about fully loving and appreciating yourself. No person who fully loves and appreciates himself can ever look at someone else as less than themselves. The problem in this world is not the problem of hating our neighbor. The problem comes from not loving ourselves enough.

One of the ways that we don’t love ourselves enough is that we tell ourselves that being wealthy is a sin. I think that this is totally bass ackwards. (Yes, you read that right). Look at this way: You Are A Divine Child of the Universe PERIOD! Accepting anything less than that is a crime. In that same manner, if the POWER THAT CREATES WORLDS flows through you then accepting anything but happiness, health, prosperity, wealth and abundance in your life is the true sin!

I’m not talking about people who don’t know any better yet, like the world’s extreme poor. But you can’t help them until you help yourself first. How can you expect the world to change if you look on having wealth as a crime? When you look at the “filthy” rich and all you see is self-indulgence and something evil – you are dooming yourself and the world to live in poverty. Read the rest of this entry »
