Go inside – ask yourself – what does it feel like? If you’re feeling scared, stop right now. Stop. Breathe. Breathe in and out from your belly. Let your mind go quiet. Get in touch with the deep stillness, the quiet. From there you will see that everything is fine.
Everything really is ok. In the Sacramento Basin of California it’s a wonderfully beautiful fall day. The winds have come and blow the arms of the trees around. When I walk beneath them, they all wave to me in their joy. Squirrels (even in the business complex) skitter around in the parking lot looking for leftovers.
